Shipping policy

Since customer satisfaction is our focus, we currently offer free shipping to Germany & Austria for orders over €20. 

For orders with a value of less than €20, shipping costs of €3.90 apply.

The time frame for delivery of an order is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 days
Shipping time: 5-10 days

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Hermes, DPD or Austrian Post.
